About the opportunity



As our Trust Account Administrator, you'll be responsible for the day to day administration of the firm's trust account, helping to ensure transactions are processed accurately, compliance obligations are met and our financial processes run smoothly.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Processing trust account receipts, payments and transfers
  • Reconciling trust account transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Supporting trust account compliance, reporting and audit requirements
  • Assisting with client billing and online billing platforms
  • Preparing client statements and trust account documentation
  • Supporting the wider legal administration team and reception when required
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies


About you


We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, enjoys working with detail and takes pride in producing accurate work.
You'll ideally bring:


  • Experience in trust accounting, legal administration, banking operations, finance administration or a similar role involving financial transactions
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and learning new systems
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the wider team
  • Experience working within a legal environment or with legal trust accounting would be advantageous but is not essential
