• →Perform termite treatments (soil, slab, crawl spaces) on new builds.
• →Install termite bait stations and apply protective treatments safely.
• →Drive a company vehicle for extended periods and travel between multiple job sites throughout the workday.
• →Provide friendly, professional service to builders and homeowners.
• →Maintain your equipment and complete daily digital paperwork.

• Lift, carry, and move equipment, tools, treatment materials, and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Regularly walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb while performing termite treatments and inspections.
• Work in confined spaces, including crawl spaces, attics, and other restricted-access areas.
• Safely operate and maneuver ladders on a variety of job sites and terrain.
• Using hand tools, power equipment, and treatment application devices.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, cold, and rain.
• Maintain sufficient mobility, balance, and coordination to navigate construction sites and residential properties safely.
• Perform repetitive motions involving lifting, reaching, digging, pushing, pulling, and carrying equipment throughout the day.
• Read, enter, and complete digital documentation using a mobile device or tablet.
• Communicate effectively with builders, homeowners, and team members in person and by phone.
• Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures while handling treatment products and equipment.
• Maintain visual acuity to inspect treatment areas, identify termite activity, and complete accurate service documentation.

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical: Ability to lift 25 lbs, work in crawl spaces, and handle outdoor weather (heat/cold).
• Skills: Strong communication, time management, and basic tech skills (smartphone/tablet).
• Bonus: NC Registered Technician training is a plus, but not required!
