Role Overview: 

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will translate reasoning-model research into robust, scalable systems used in production and connected directly to hardware.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Implement reasoning and decision-making systems in production code - Build scalable infrastructure for inference and planning
• Optimize performance for real-time and hardware-in-the-loop operation - Work closely with researchers to productionize new ideas
• Ensure reliability, observability, and maintainability

Qualifications: 

• Strong software engineering background (Python, Rust, C++)
• Experience with AI systems beyond standard deep learning
• Familiarity with planning, constraint solving, or probabilistic inference
• Experience owning systems end-to-end
