- You have 1-3 years of professional marketing, communications, advertising, or public relations experience.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, journalism or a related field.
- You are interested in other cultures and languages, Spanish-speaking candidates highly desired.
- You have proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns from strategy through evaluation.
- You have strong advertising copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive, audience-focused messaging.
- You have experience conducting market research, translating customer insights into actionable marketing strategies, and analyzing campaign performance and data to improve results.
- You have knowledge of Asana, or other project management software.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, adapt flexibly to changing priorities, and meet deadlines in a high-speed environment.
