Growth Operations / OKRs — the cadence, dashboards, and operating rhythm of the Growth Org Strategic Account Governance — the executive sponsorship, escalation, and account review system for our most important customers in partnership with cross-functional teams Build and Run the Growth Operating System Design and run the Growth Org's operating cadence — weekly business reviews, monthly business reviews, quarterly business reviews, annual planning Own the OKR system across the Growth Org — setting, tracking, mid-quarter health checks, and end-of-quarter reviews Build the dashboards and reporting that give the CGO and Growth leadership real-time visibility into the state of the business Drive accountability and follow-through on commitments — if it was promised, it gets tracked, and it gets reported Own Strategic Account Governance Build the early-warning and rapid-response systems that catch strategic account issues before they become escalations Partner with the Customer Value, Adoption, and Growth pillars to make sure governance decisions translate into action inside the accounts Own Customer Cadence and Executive Programs Build and scale the Customer Advisory Board into a strategic input mechanism for product, GTM, and category strategy Run Cultivate as the flagship customer experience — partner with Marketing on the program and own the customer governance and curation side Build the reference program into a true revenue lever — a curated, well-managed asset that supports both new-business Sales and Customer Growth expansion motions Be the Right Hand to the CGO Be the trusted operator behind the CGO — the person who makes sure decisions get made, commitments get kept, and the function runs on time Build the executive-level communications, board materials, and leadership-team artifacts that represent the Growth Org externally Drive special projects on behalf of the CGO — the cross-cutting initiatives that do not fit cleanly inside any one pillar Be a thought partner on org design, talent moves, and the cultural rhythms of the function 10+ years of enterprise SaaS experience, with at least 5 years in revenue operations, chief of staff, business operations, or customer programs roles — ideally inside a high-growth Growth or Customer organization Proven track record of building or running an operating cadence and OKR system at scale across a multi-pillar revenue or customer function Demonstrated experience designing and running strategic account governance, executive sponsorship programs, or comparable customer-leadership engagement systems Experience owning customer-facing programs at scale — Customer Advisory Boards, executive customer events, reference programs, or equivalent Strong operating instincts — you make functions predictable, you make commitments visible, and you make follow-through cultural Cross-functional credibility — you have worked closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive leadership, and earned trust across all of them Executive presence to operate as a peer to functional leaders and represent the CGO in internal and external forums Outstanding written communication — you build the board decks, the customer briefings, and the leadership artifacts that travel on behalf of the function Strong analytical rigor — you build dashboards that drive decisions, you reason from data, and you hold your team to the same standard Discretion and judgment — you are a trusted operator handling sensitive strategic, organizational, and customer information Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or consulting/strategy background welcome What We Believe We are a team of self-starters who excel in their fields.
