Our mission is simple: to help the world work Anywhere.

We’re looking for passionate, customer-focused people to join our Client Experience (CX) team and become the friendly voice behind some incredible businesses.

This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same. One moment you could be helping a customer book an appointment, the next you’re supporting a business owner with an urgent enquiry. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving and making someone’s day a little easier, you’ll fit right in.

As a purpose-driven organisation, we believe technology should enhance human connections, not replace them. That’s why we’re committed to using real people - not bots - in customer-facing interactions. In fact, we’re so passionate about it that we even launched our own campaign. Take a look and see what we’re all about!

As a CX Associate, your mission is to deliver customer happiness with every interaction.

Working remotely from your dedicated home workspace in the UK, you’ll support our clients by:

  • Answering inbound calls

  • Responding to live chats

  • Booking appointments

  • Taking and relaying messages to clients

  • Providing exceptional customer service across multiple industries

Alongside supporting our UK-based clients, you’ll also have opportunities to assist clients across the US and Canada, giving you exposure to a wide range of businesses and customer needs.

First and foremost, we want people who genuinely care.

We’re passionate about creating great experiences for our clients and their customers, and we’re looking for people who share that passion.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Love helping people

  • Communicate with confidence and empathy

  • Have excellent attention to detail

  • Enjoy learning new things

  • Can adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment

  • Take ownership and pride in your work

We know that learning never stops, which is why you’ll receive dedicated paid learning time every week to help you continue developing your skills and career.

  • Amazing colleagues and a supportive team environment

  • Starting pay of £12.71 per hour, with increases in line with National Minimum Wage changes

  • Comprehensive paid training to set you up for success

  • Work from the comfort of your own home

  • Paid learning time every week (30 minutes)

  • 2 paid volunteer days each year

Our business operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – because our clients never stop, and neither do we.

You’ll work a minimum of 32 hours per week and have the flexibility to choose the shifts that work best for you from the available options across our 7-day operation. The only requirement is that your schedule includes at least 3 hours on a Saturday.

One of the best things about the role? You’ll have plenty of flexibility. As a self-scheduling business, you’ll be able to choose your shifts from the available options and spread your hours across the week in a way that works for you. Your Saturday hours don’t necessarily need to be worked as one continuous 3-hour block either, depending on shift availability.

While you’ll have the freedom to build a schedule that fits around your life, it’s important to understand that flexibility works both ways.

As a 24/7 operation, customer demand can change from week to week. Some weeks there may be more evening shifts available, while other weeks may require additional daytime or weekend coverage. No two weeks are exactly the same, and successful CX Associates are comfortable adapting as business needs evolve.

If you enjoy variety, flexibility and having greater control over when you work, you’ll feel right at home here.

There may also be opportunities to increase your hours up to 40 per week, depending on business needs and your availability.

Your journey starts with our paid training programme. Training begins on Monday, 27th July 2026 and is delivered entirely remotely, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.

Attendance throughout the full training period is essential, so please ensure you’re fully available before applying. Please note that you must be based in the UK for the duration of the training programme and have the legal right to work in the UK.

As this is a UK-based remote role, you must remain physically located and working within the UK throughout your employment with us.

Our training programme is designed to set you up for success, giving you all the knowledge, tools and confidence you need to thrive in the role. It’s also a great opportunity to get to know your fellow new starters and begin building connections from day one.

Instead of a cover letter, we’d love you to submit a short two-minute introduction video. It’s a chance for us to get to know the person behind the application, because let’s be honest, cover letters are a little old school.

The process is simple:

  1. Submit your application and 2-minute introduction video.

  2. Attend a short interview with our recruitment team.

  3. If successful at interview, you’ll be invited to complete our online skills assessments.

  4. If you pass the skills assessments, you’ll move on to our IT and system checks to ensure you have the right equipment and setup for the role.

  5. Once all stages have been successfully completed and passed, we’ll be delighted to offer you a conditional offer of employment.

We have also shared one of our CX Associates’ career progression stories so you can see where this role could take you. Click here to find out more!

Applications close on Wednesday, 15 July 2026, but we’ll be reviewing applications as they come in, so don’t wait until the last minute.
