Client Development Specialist — Remote , Full Benefits, Real Growth AM

This role is not about filling seats. It is about protecting the culture. You will screen candidates on Zoom, help promising people understand what the opportunity actually is (and is not), and walk new hires through onboarding so they never feel lost.

IN A TYPICAL WEEK YOU WILL
• Screen incoming candidates and hold short, honest Zoom conversations • Help promising people understand what the opportunity actually is • Walk new hires through onboarding so they never feel lost
• Partner with leadership on who we invite in and how we welcome them • Keep clean notes and follow up when you say you will
