Responsibilities

● Client Education: Present and demonstrate company services and enrollment programs clearly to prospective clients, guiding them smoothly through the virtual application and verification process.
● Product Mastery: Develop a thorough, comprehensive understanding of our specialized protection plans, programs, and service offerings.
● Customer Care & Retention: Maintain and strengthen ongoing relationships with existing clients through regular policy reviews, follow-ups, and dedicated support with account adjustments or claims.
● Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all client interactions, applications, and consultation practices strictly comply with provincial guidelines and legal regulatory requirements.
● Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, provincial regulations, and consultation techniques by actively participating in daily training and group coaching opportunities.
