Responsibilities

● Virtual Consultations: Conduct professional, high-quality virtual meetings with working families to review their benefits and protection programs.

● Client Education: Translate complex benefit information into clear, easy-to-understand solutions tailored to each family's unique needs.

● Account Management: Open, update, and manage client accounts accurately using our digital CRM platform with strong attention to detail.

● Compliance & Integrity: Process application documents in strict alignment with established provincial guidelines and regulatory requirements.

● Professional Development: Participate daily in virtual team coaching, skill workshops, and collaborative training modules.

● Team Collaboration: Work alongside a supportive, remote team to meet collective service excellence goals.
