Responsibilities

- →Educate clients on available benefit options and financial protection solutions
- →Help clients understand their coverage choices and enrollment options
- →Answer client questions with professionalism and care
- →Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- →Maintain accurate client records and complete follow-up as needed
- →Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
Requirements
~1 min read- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection
- Access to a computer or laptop
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
