No previous experience is required. We provide structured onboarding, guided learning resources, and ongoing support to help you build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Meet with clients through virtual appointments to discuss their benefit options
- →Educate clients on available insurance and financial protection solutions
- →Answer client questions and provide personalized recommendations
- →Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- →Follow up with clients and maintain accurate records
- →Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
Requirements
~1 min read- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection
- Access to a computer or laptop
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
