As the hospitality industry enters the age of Agentic AI, where autonomous agents handle everything from revenue optimisation to guest communication, we need someone who can translate our deep technical capabilities into compelling, differentiated value for every segment and market we serve.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Apaleo, you connect the dots between our platform, our market, and the teams that bring both together. You build deep product knowledge and turn it into sharp, differentiated positioning that helps us win in the segments and markets we focus on.
You work closely with our existing content team, adding product and solution depth to what they create. But your impact goes beyond content. You orchestrate how Revenue, Product, and Marketing move together around key moments and decisions, from product launches to new market entry.
Responsibilities
~1 min readBuild deep product knowledge and turn it into positioning that lands well before a demo. Draw on real customer outcomes to make Apaleo's impact concrete and credible across segments, verticals, and markets.
Develop the narratives and materials that help our commercial teams communicate Apaleo's value consistently across the full funnel, from first touch to close and beyond.
Lead product launches and key market moments end to end. Brief and align all teams involved, ensure consistency across every touchpoint, and feed learnings back into product decisions.
Strenghten and strategically expand our AI positioning as hospitality enters the age of Agentic AI - where autonomous agents handle everything from revenue optimisation to guest communication.
- Vast experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a track record of building and owning positioning and messaging frameworks
- Ability to build deep product knowledge fast and turn it into narratives that make complex platform capabilities tangible for both technical and commercial audiences
- Proactive and collaborative across functions: you know how to align people, initiate new ways of working, and drive momentum across teams
- A genuine curiosity for new technology, particularly AI, and an appetite to stay ahead of where the market is heading
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Background in hospitality tech or a working knowledge of how properties operate and make technology decisions, which shortens the path to real depth significantly
- Familiarity with API-first or platform products and the ability to make technical architecture a compelling selling point
- Experience working in international markets, particularly in Europe (DACH, UK, FR)
- German or French language skills is a plus
