This role manages the full sales process to secure new programs while building and nurturing strong client relationships that support satisfaction, retention, and growth. It tracks pipeline progress, collaborates closely with cross-functional leaders to align on client engagement, and ensures timely, proactive communication. The position contributes to sustainable program expansion by maintaining a positive client experience and surfacing potential gaps early This leader will be passionate about the vision and mission of AL and develop the character and competence necessary to contribute to growth excellence for their scope. 
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required. 
  • Full time, 40 hours per week. 
  • EST required, preference for candidate located in Florida or Georgia.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in multifamily or industry marketing, sales, business development or recruiting experience.
  • May also have experience as a vendor in advertising or marketing to the multifamily industry.
  • Experience in customer service, recruiting, marketing or business operations role.
  • Experience with Microsoft office products, with proficiency in Hubspot and Asana.
