Senior SQL Developer

Aperia offers a competitive salary package and a great work environment. We have an immediate need for a Senior SQL Developer to join our team. The SQL team is responsible for not only database applications and procedures but also analysis and application development.

• →Designs, builds and implements relational databases
• →Tests databases for performance, fine-tuning when necessary
• →Completes documentation on all assigned systems and databases, including business rules, logic,and processes
• →Tests documents and implements developed programs
• →Works closely with other members of the BA, DBA and IS teams, sharing knowledge and makingrecommendations as needed

• At least 5 years’ experience with Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) process using DTS/SSIS application tools
• Good Transact-SQL (advanced queries, complex joins and indexes)
• Advanced knowledge of DTS/SSIS and Data Extraction and Transformations
• Ability to write, debug and test stored procedures, functions, triggers
• Ability to optimize stored procedures written by others
• Ability to troubleshoot database performance issues
• Experience in Azure Data Factory (preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
