Responsibilities

→Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Service Cloud modules.
→Customize Service processes using Application Composer and Redwood UI.
→Develop and maintain Groovy scripts, page customizations, and business rules.
→Configure Knowledge Management, Service Requests, Work Queues, and Case Management.
→Design and develop OTBI/BIP reports and dashboards.
→Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
→Support testing, deployments, and post-production activities.

Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Service Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Application Composer, Groovy, and Redwood UI.
Knowledge of OTBI/BIP Reports.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Security and Roles.
Good understanding of Service Request lifecycle and business processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
