Experience with Oracle Fusion CX.
Strong knowledge of BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI.
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
Understanding of Oracle CX modules (Sales, Service, or CPQ is an advantage).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
