High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, public administration, or related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in transportation construction, compliance, inspection, labor compliance, or public works.
Experience with Davis‑Bacon compliance on federally‑funded construction projects preferred.
Familiarity with FDOT or Florida local agency projects strongly preferred.
Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record.
Can work primarily remotely, with occasional office visits in Fort Myers and to local client sites. Prefer candidates in SW Florida or Tampa area.
