• →Serve as senior technical lead on projects with revenue of $2M to $3M annually.
• →Contribute to successful business development of new clients and projects at greater than $500K annually, with a focus on brownfields redevelopment, groundwater/soil characterization and remediation, landfill engineering, or water resources;
• →Write and review technical reports and proposals.
• →Assist with project management activities.
• →Mentor and train technical staff and ensure quality work products.

• BS in Engineering. Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with environmental/remediation services, including technical writing, technical oversight, project management, business development, and staff management.
• Experience with manufacturing, utility, oil & gas, municipal (including landfills) sites; petroleum and chlorinated solvent contaminants and Potentially Responsible Parties (PRP) groups. 
• California PE required
• Proven track record in business development and project management experience.
• Experience mentoring and developing staff.
• Strong technical writing skills and the ability to successfully multi-task
• Safety mindset and awareness and a good record and understanding of safe work practices.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
