What We Offer

Starting Hourly Rate $19.00+ based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure equipment functionality
  • Inspect products for quality and adherence to specifications
  • Record production data including quantities, machine performance, and downtime
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
  • Report equipment malfunctions or process deviations to supervisors
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
  • Ability to operate machinery and use basic hand tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing production needs
  1. Standing:
    Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8–12 hours per shift).
  2. Walking:
    Frequent walking throughout the production floor.
  3. Lifting and Carrying:
    • Regularly lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds.
    • Occasionally lift heavier items (up to 75 pounds) with assistance or equipment.
  1. Pushing and Pulling:
    Use of manual or mechanical means to push/pull carts, equipment, or materials.
  2. Repetitive Motions:
    Frequent use of hands and wrists for repetitive tasks (e.g., assembling, sorting, packaging).
  3. Manual Dexterity:
    Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle small parts or tools.
  4. Climbing:
    Occasional use of ladders or steps to reach equipment or storage areas.
  5. Visual and Hearing Requirements:
    • Sufficient vision (with or without correction) to read labels, safety signs, and equipment gauges.
    • Adequate hearing (with or without aids) to respond to alarms and verbal instructions in a noisy environment.
  1. Environmental Tolerance:
    • Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot, cold, or humid conditions).
    • Exposure to noise, dust, odors, and manufacturing chemicals.
    • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
