Project Associate (Field Operations)

We are looking for highly motivated Project Associates to support large-scale industrial data collection programs. This is a field-intensive role involving on-site execution across manufacturing, automotive, warehouse, and industrial facilities.

The Project Associate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day collection operations, maintaining recording quality, handling equipment, and acting as the primary point of contact at assigned collection sites.

• →Execute on-site data collection activities across assigned industrial facilities.
• →Set up, configure, and maintain head-mounted camera systems and recording equipment.
• →Train participants on recording procedures, equipment usage, and project guidelines.
• →Monitor live recording sessions to ensure compliance with recording protocols and quality standards.
• →Perform routine equipment checks, battery management, SD card management, and device troubleshooting.
• →Ensure secure handling, storage, and transportation of recording devices and accessories.
• →Verify recording quality before participants leave the site and identify issues requiring re-recording.
• →Maintain daily collection logs, participant records, equipment inventory, and incident reports.
• →Coordinate with facility representatives to ensure smooth execution with minimal operational disruption.
• →Upload or hand over recorded data following established data security protocols.
• →Escalate operational issues, equipment failures, or site-related challenges to the Project Coordinator.
• →Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, consent procedures, and client confidentiality requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and operational execution abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware issues independently.
• Comfortable working in manufacturing and industrial environments.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to travel extensively across India.

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in field operations, data collection, survey execution, logistics, or project execution.
• Experience managing field teams or working on AI/ML data collection projects will be an added advantage.
