After School Receptionist

• →Greeting students and parents with a positive and engaging attitude.
  
• →Being in charge of student dismissal and making sure this runs efficiently.
  
• →Managing access to the building for authorized personnel only.
  
• →Contacting students to confirm pickup.
  
• →Providing a safe and secure school environment.
  
• →Actively responding to incidents that threaten school security.
  
• →Reporting unusual activity that might become a safety issue promptly.
  
• →Actively communicating with Apollo staff members in the location.
  

• High School Diploma.
  
• Technological proficiency..
  
• A team player who can collaborate with peers.
  
• Previous experience in security and in childcare (6 months minimum for each).
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, staff members, and the public in general.
  
• Problem-solving skills to identify issues and create action plans related to the security and dismissal of students

• Able to stay active and on your feet for extended periods.
• Able to move quickly (walk, jog, or run) to ensure student safety.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and participating in physical activities with children.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
