→You've worked in digital transformation, business change or technology adoption before, and you know that the gap between "we've launched it" and "people are actually using it well" is where most value gets lost. You've spent real time in that gap.
→You're genuinely tech-literate. Not just comfortable talking about technology, but someone who uses AI tools yourself, has opinions about what works and what doesn't, and can have a credible conversation with a product manager or engineer about how something is built. You don't need to write code, but you need to understand enough to be trusted by people who do.
→You're a strong communicator and natural relationship-builder, but you back that up with structured thinking. You know how to diagnose why adoption is stalling, whether the issue is skills, confidence, process, motivation or resistance to change, and you can turn that diagnosis into practical training and enablement activity.
→Experience in financial services or a regulated environment is useful but not essential. More important is whether you've worked in an environment where the technology was genuinely evolving. Not a one-time platform rollout, but a continuous stream of new capability where the adoption challenge never really stops.
