Aii identifies, funds and measures proven quality solutions to accelerate positive impact in the apparel and footwear industry. Aii programs focus on areas that result in positive environmental impact from the production of apparel and footwear products to improve the industry. To date, Aii’s flagship Clean By Design programs have removed over 1 million tonnes of carbon emissions from the supply chain and unlocked over $70M in sustainable finance for factory improvements, (e.g. water stewardship, chemical management and energy efficiency). POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Program Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for monitoring and reporting program activities. They assist in maintaining data collection procedures and driving process automation to help the team meet internal and external stakeholder requirements.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Assist the Manager in tracking program metrics, milestones, and performance across designated regions.
- Support the maintenance of data collection, analysis, and reporting procedures.
- Execute automated workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Help prepare program result summaries to demonstrate impact to stakeholders.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of program management tools and deliverables.
- Assist in standardizing program deployment conditions across experts and regions.
- Manage document and version control, including shared folders, training manuals, and the Program Management handbook.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics and routine communication with external Experts
- Track Expert invoices and maintain up-to-date cohort structures.
- Draft and organize agreements, including Statements of Work (SoWs)
- Serve as a key user and troubleshooter for Aii’s Made2Flow platform, supporting daily engagement with Brands, Facilities, and Experts.
- Support global program management across assessment, action plan creation and tracking/monitoring programs
- Support ad hoc tasks and needs related to project implementation and operations
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's / Master’s Degree; preferably in project management, environmental science or similar fields
- Strong experience with Excel (analytics & modeling), PowerBI and other database/software management tools
- Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders to obtain pertinent information for informed decision making by asking critical questions
- Experience working remotely in global teams
- Light to moderate travel for meetings
- Interest in major global sustainability topics and desire to drive the environmental impact
- Strong, organized and highly detailed project management skills
- Demonstrated self-motivation, responsibility, maturity, patience, and curiosity
- Fluent English - oral and written skills; other language skills are a plus (priority will be given to Vietnamese, Italian and Turkish fluency)
