✓Advanced experience in process automation, including design, implementation, and governance of automation workflows.
✓Advanced capability in workflow mapping and optimisation with a track record of delivering measurable operational improvements.
✓Advanced experience building and maintaining reporting and data visualisation frameworks for operational performance.
✓Experience scoping, piloting, and scaling new workflows or service lines within complex delivery environments.
✓Working knowledge of tooling integration across JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and automation platforms.
✓Experience implementing structured change management initiatives with stakeholder engagement and adoption tracking.
✓Strong capability in strategic planning, execution discipline, and operational risk management.
✓Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing enablement or operational support functions.
✓Demonstrated ability to mentor and upskill teams while fostering a solutions-first, automation mindset.
✓Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in complex or ambiguous environments.
