The Brand Champion is responsible for leading the overall operations of a designated food brand across all Applegreen travel plazas on the PA Turnpike, with a strong focus on operational excellence, brand compliance, guest experience, and profitable sales growth. As a member of the Food Brands Leadership Team, this role helps establish business goals, drive performance, and support the strategic direction of the brand. Reporting to the PA Road Director and working closely with the Brand Director, the Brand Champion ensures consistent execution of brand standards, operational best practices, and company objectives while traveling regularly to Applegreen travel plaza locations throughout the PA Turnpike.

• →5+ years Management experience
• →QSR Management experience with strong financial business acumen (sales/profit/margin)
• →Strong supervisory, coaching and leadership skills.
• →Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• →Excellent time management skills and ability to work across all shifts.
• →Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
• →Willingness to travel 75-80%; four days per week will be expected to visit sites
• →Strong communication skills
• →Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
