ARS has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Tasker Manager at the Journeyman level. to support the Program Executive Office for Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Program Execution Group (PEG) at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA.
In this role, you will provide task management and administrative support to the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) NC3 Integration Directorate, helping coordinate activities across the Program Executive Office and its supporting divisions. The directorate is responsible for acquisition oversight and administrative management of NC3 programs critical to the nation's nuclear command, control, and communications mission.

Responsibilities Include:
- Provide task management support across all unclassified and classified Directorate and Program Execution Group (PEG) work-flows, ensuring incoming message traffic is analyzed and routed to the appropriate action officer.
- Track and maintain visibility of all taskings (including suspenses) through completion by pro-actively coordinating with assigned action officers and Senior Leadership.
- Prepare staffing packages for review and coordination by portfolio programs and Directorate senior leadership, ensuring all packages are managed within government‑provided tasking tracker systems.
- Coordinate with the SharePoint Database Manager on staff package tracking and updates to Master Task List SharePoint pages.
- Manage the development, organization, and upkeep of SharePoint sites used to archive historic taskings and responses.
- Collaborate with the Program Execution Group (PEG) and program offices to develop and present bi‑annual Program Management Reviews (PMRs) for all programs within the PEO portfolio.
- Will perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be a US citizen
- Must have and be able to maintain a Top-Secret Clearance
- 3+ years of experience working with a DoD setting
- Bachelor's Degree
Technical Skills
- Ability to research and compile information for projects and staff taskings
- Ability to monitor progress toward tasking completion and organizational initiatives
- Ability to prepare written communications and documentation to organizational standards
- Ability to coordinate physical and virtual meetings, including scheduling, setup, and documentation
- Ability to maintain logs, schedules, and instructions related to conferencing equipment and meeting execution
All positions at Applied Research Solutions are subject to background investigations. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation including criminal history and identity check.
The annual salary range: $75k - $85k. Salary is dependent upon the role and associated responsibilities, candidate's experience, and qualifications to include education/training, and key skills.
