We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments.
As a Technical Recruiter - EMEA at Applied Intuition, you will partner closely with engineering leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that attract, evaluate, and close exceptional software engineering talent. This is a 1-year contract position with the option for extension.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire software and ML engineers

Partner with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs, team design, and long-term talent strategy

Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized engineering talent

Lead structured, high-quality interview processes that assess technical excellence, problem-solving ability, and alignment with Applied’s values

Improve and scale recruiting systems, tools, and processes to support efficiency and growth

Provide leadership with data-driven insights on funnel health, pass-through rates, time-to-fill

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong track record hiring software engineers, ML engineers, or other highly specialized technical talent
Strong business partnership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights
Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
High ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
Excellent written and verbal communication
Nice to Have
