What You’ll Do * Drive predictive and preventive maintenance programs for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. * Analyze performance data to reduce equipment downtime and improve reliability. * Optimize spare part management using smart inventory strategies. * Ensure compliance with CE certification and technical specifications. * Collaborate on tool installation, qualification, and ramp-up activities. * Promote safety and ergonomic improvements in equipment design and operation. * Support project management tasks including planning, execution, and reporting. * Maintain detailed documentation for audits, compliance, and continuous improvement. What You bring * Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. * 3–5 years of experience in equipment engineering within the semiconductor industry. * Strong knowledge of semiconductor process tools, cleanroom protocols, and equipment lifecycle. * Proven success in downtime reduction, maintenance optimization, and spare part strategy. * Familiarity with CE marking, safety standards, and ergonomic design. * Solid project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
