Own tool configuration & slotting. Responsible for NPMA (Non Pure Manufacturing Activities) approval and allocation. Responsible for efficient line design in terms of: Responsiveness, Inventory & Linear work load Control line's performances while driving for line KPIs improvement: OTD, EOP, CT, SOE Control & support manufacturing capacity fulfillment. Manage training period allocation Plan Field Support Activities Be the main contact to Product Support teams. Plan Mfg. activities at the field Determine manufacturing needed capacity Manage retrofit projects Plan Home Tools support activities Manage R&D needs Be a main contact to R&D teams. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
