Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a senior SW engineer to join our software team as part of PrimeVision product. What’s in it for you? As a member of this team, you will make an impact on our product capabilities and software design, while being surrounded by a strong technical team. You will be part of our efforts to build the next generation AI-based solutions, brining it from design phase into production. Our group: Our excellent R&D group develops the leading tools of metrology measurements for the semiconductor industry. The developer in this position will join the development of our next gen deep learning-based solutions, which takes our product to the next level using modern Artificial Intelligence technologies. Working in Agile R&D teams, closely with Algorithm, Image Processing, QA, Automation and other R&D teams. What you'll be doing? * Design and develop complex software solutions across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code. Most of the Development in Java & Python. * Define technical specifications and architecture for new features and systems, aligning with business and product requirements. * Collaborate with stakeholders (internal teams and external partners) to gather requirements, refine scope, and ensure timely delivery. * Troubleshoot and resolve challenging software issues, implementing robust fixes and improvements. * Conduct thorough testing and validation of code, enhancements, and integrations to maintain reliability and performance. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement. * Prepare and analyze reports and metrics to support decision-making and communicate progress effectively. What you should have? * Experience in developing complex software products * 5+ years of professional software development experience. * Strong knowledge of system software architecture of complex distributed systems * A degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent degree * Experience in Java, Python- Must, C++ and Object Oriented- an advantage * Knowledge in Linux- Must * Expert in Clean Code concepts * A true leader who can lead and mentor developers in their day-to-day work * Passion about technology, loves to make POCs of new technologies Advantages: * Experience in implementing AI-based products * Knowledge in Linux, Kubernetes and Docker Who we are?
