Technical Project/Program Management III

Role Responsibilities: * Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market * Exposure to repair processes, factory operations, and product release lifecycle * Familiarity with project management in a repair/manufacturing context * Will prepare project plan and coordinates the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation. Maintains matrix for process improvements * Will drive project deliverables and task details by through the use reports, tracking charts and, checklists. * Aligns the activities of resources internal to the business unit to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project. * Monitors, and reports to the business unit on project's cost performance. * Will participate on intra business unit design teams to complete projects. Will contribute to the team's technical development in the pursuit of the team's project goals. * Will research causes to project obstacles and assist in implementing solutions for resolution. * Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines * Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements * Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information * Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. * 4–7 years of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, or repair operations (semiconductor or high-tech industry preferred). * Experience or exposure to repair processes and failure analysis, factory or manufacturing operations, and product release processes and readiness criteria * Hands-on experience in a Central Repair Center (CRC), fab, or OEM environment is highly desirable. ## Qualifications ### Education: Bachelor's Degree ### Skills ### Certifications: ### Languages: ### Years of Experience: 4 - 7 Years ### Work Experience: ## Additional Information ### ### Shift: 10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America) ### ### Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time ### ### Relocation Eligible: No ### Referral Payment Plan: Employee Referral (Standard) U.S. Salary Range: $96,000.00 - $132,000.00 The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
