As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll work hands-on in a cleanroom environment to build and test our multimillion-dollar display and wafer fabrication equipment that’s behind the technology we use every day. You'll be responsible for building, repairing, and testing various types of equipment--including electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components. You will perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs-- and perform audits to ensure necessary parts are available and inspected for defects. Using test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps you'll test assemblies, complete documentation, perform repairs, or install software to continuously improve our processes. Applied Materials è alla ricerca di un/a Tecnico Riparatore Elettromeccanico/Elettronico da inserire nel team dell’European Repair Center, situato presso la nostra sede di Fagarè - San Biagio di Callalta, (TV). La persona selezionata si occuperà della diagnosi, riparazione e manutenzione di componenti elettromeccanici ed elettronici di macchinari High-Tech utilizzati nella produzione di semiconduttori (microchip), operando nel rispetto delle procedure tecniche e degli standard qualitativi aziendali. Principali responsabilità: * Verifica e analisi delle parti in ingresso, con gestione del processo di accettazione. * Identificazione dei guasti e riparazione di componenti elettromeccanici ed elettronici. * Utilizzo di strumenti di misura e diagnostica (oscilloscopio, multimetro, calibro, tester). * Lettura e interpretazione di schemi elettrici e disegni tecnici. * Applicazione delle procedure tecniche e dei protocolli di sicurezza. * Registrazione dei dati, redazione di report e consultazione della documentazione tecnica tramite PC. Requisiti richiesti: * Diploma tecnico in ambito elettronico/elettrico/meccanico o similari. * Buone capacità di problem solving e attitudine al troubleshooting. * Preferibile esperienza nella riparazione di componenti elettronici e/o elettromeccanici (prevista formazione). * Capacità di lettura di schemi elettrici e disegni tecnici. * Familiarità con strumenti di misura (oscilloscopio, multimetro, calibro, tester). * Conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello intermedio per poter svolgere conversazioni in lingua e comprendere le procedure scritte. * Buona padronanza del PC e dei principali software di lavoro. * Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di operare seguendo procedure definite. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
