Marketing Demand Generation Manager

We are looking for a strategic, data-obsessed Demand Generation Manager to architect and scale our growth engine. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will design, instrument, and execute demand campaigns that directly contribute to the success of the growth funnel. You will be responsible for the strategy, budget allocation, and technical infrastructure required to convert brand awareness into predictable revenue.

Strategic Campaign Orchestration: Design and lead multi-channel growth programs using SEM/paid social (Google, LinkedIn), content syndication, webinars, and high-touch events.

Full Funnel Ownership: Audit and optimize the “leaky bucket.” You will help optimize full-funnel conversion paths, including landing pages, nurture flows, webinar sequences, and retargeting, by identifying gaps, launching tests, and executing improvements that drive measurable results.

Sales Partnership: Partner closely with Sales to ensure timely and effective follow-up on high-priority leads, event participants, and target accounts. Monitor lead quality and collaborate on targeting, messaging, and follow-up strategies to ensure a smooth lead-to-opportunity handoff.

Database Growth: Develop and scale contact acquisition strategies aligned to our ICPs, with a focus on building a high-quality, targetable database. Partner with RevOps to ensure proper segmentation, enrichment, and ongoing database health.

Data Analysis & Experimentation: Drive predictable pipeline growth by continuously analyzing campaign, funnel, and performance data to identify conversion bottlenecks. Lead a rigorous A/B testing framework (from landing pages to CTAs) and implement improvements. You don't just report data; you provide actionable insights that optimize our tactics and inform on strategy.

Budget & ROI Management: Manage the demand gen budget, optimizing spend based on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) targets.
