Construction Material Testing Engineer

• →Manage testing and inspection from initiation to completion.
• →Review project specifications, standards, testing requirements, and contract documents.
• →Supervise site and laboratory testing activities to ensure compliance with applicable standards and procedures.
• →Provide technical guidance to testing and inspection personnel.
• →Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities on technical and project matters.
• →Review and approve test reports, technical documents, and deliverables.
• →Monitor project progress, productivity, quality performance, and budget utilization.
• →Ensure compliance with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, safety requirements, and company procedures.
• →Investigate non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and drive continual improvement.
• →Support business development activities, project proposals, and technical presentations when required.
• →Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

• →Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• →Minimum 10 years of experience in construction material testing and inspection, including experience on major infrastructure, industrial, or mega projects.
• →Strong knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, BS, EN, SASO, Saudi Aramco, and other relevant standards and specifications.
• →Demonstrated experience in project management, resource planning, and client coordination.
• →Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• →Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
