The Automotive Country Finance Manager for KSA will serve as the financial leader overseeing the legal entities within Automotive Divisions. The position is responsible for all financial operations in the country, including financial planning and analysis, controlling, statutory compliance, risk management, performance management, economic evaluation and day to day support to the operational organization (stations). The Automotive Country Finance Manager will act as a key business partner to Automotive Division and will ensure that all financial activities align with both local regulatory standards and corporate policies.

Financial Strategy & Leadership:

    • Lead and develop the country’s finance organization, ensuring full integrity on financial operations and internal controls.
    • Partner with business leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that support growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
    • Perform economic analysis to evaluate financial viability of projects providing insights on economic drivers, scenarios or sources of value.
    • Act as the primary financial representative for KSA Automotive at the regional and global level.

 

Controlling, Reporting & Analysis:

    • Prepare insightful financial management information to support business decisions, recommend and implement interventions where necessary
    • Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for the KSA Automotive Division, hereunder
      • Monthly result (Preliminary result)

      • Highlights
      • Monthly review of internal control activities in the GRC tool
      • Quarterly reporting on energy consumption
    • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of management reports, forecasts, and financial analyses, P & L on station level to support the operational organization
    • Prepare and perform the budgeting and long-term planning process for the country, in coordination with Automotive Divisional CFO.
    • Prepare business cases, CAPEX and OPEX investment requests.

 

Responsible for the accounting function, including:

    • Prepare and perform the budgeting and long-term planning process for the country, in coordination with Automotive Divisional CFO.
    • Processing incoming invoices
    • Customer account creation and setup
    • Customer payment follow-up and collections
    • Inventory counts
    • Fixed asset counts and verification
    • Ensuring daily cash counts and reconciliations

Compliance & Risk Management:

    • Ensure full compliance with KSA, IFRS (as applicable), tax laws, and other statutory requirements.
    • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks; implement appropriate governance and internal control processes.

  

Legal Entity Oversight:

    • Coordinate treasury and all banking operations (under Group Treasury supervision), intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and shared services allocations.
    • Oversee capital expenditure management and working capital management and optimization subject to Division and Group approvals.

 

    • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team ensuring effective execution of accountabilities and segregation of duties.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

Requirements

    • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
    • Minimum 5-10 years of progressive financial leadership experience in a multinational environment, ideally in industrial services, laboratories, or energy sectors.
    • Strong knowledge of KSA financial regulations and tax laws.
    • Proven experience managing multiple legal entities and business units.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
    • Arabic language.
