Accounting Operations: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

Financial Records: Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Audit Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Consultant Coordination: Work closely with financial consultants to ensure seamless financial operations.

Month-End Closing: Lead monthly financial closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and quality across accounting processes.

Transaction Reporting: Prepare and accurately report all financial transactions.

Document Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of financial documents for payment, auditing, and tax purposes.

Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoice items and prices.

Invoice Management: Review, assemble, and verify invoices for timely completion of payments.

Bookkeeping: Manage daily bookkeeping tasks with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Purchase Analysis: Perform analysis on purchases when necessary to support decision-making.

Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage all accounting transactions, payroll records, invoices, and maintain meticulous accounts payable records.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting roles; Big Four Audit Companies experience is a plus.

Licensing: Proficiency in pre-accounting and accounting procedures; CPA license is a plus.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP programs.

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Turkish legal regulations governing accounting practices, taxation, and business accounting standards.

Analytical Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for figures.

Startup Culture Fit: Appreciation for the dynamic and high-responsibility atmosphere of a startup environment.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities coupled with adeptness in multitasking and managing multiple priorities concurrently.

Language Proficiency: English language proficiency at B1 level or above.
