Develop Across the Stack: Focus primarily on backend development for new and existing projects, while frontend experience is a plus for ensuring a seamless experience across all layers of the application

Create Powerful Web Panels: Build and enhance critical web panels, including admin dashboards, automation tools, and marketing analytics platforms.

Set the Technical Standard: Demonstrate technical excellence by defining best practices and crafting products that set a high bar for quality and user experience.

Own Your Projects: Take full ownership of your work, driving projects from conception to delivery while working autonomously and fostering innovation within the team.

Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research, analyze, and integrate emerging technologies, market trends, and new techniques to enhance our backend and frontend solutions.

Document Your Work: Maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Proven Expertise: You have 5+ years of professional experience in software development, having led or significantly contributed to projects and successfully delivering high-quality products end-to-end with your team.

Backend and Database Skills: Advanced skills in NodeJS with robust experience in SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and hands-on expertise with memory-based databases such as Redis and Memcache.

Cloud Expertise: You’re well-versed in Google Cloud Services, including Firebase, API Management, Compute, Containers, and Analytics, with a strong ability to leverage the cloud to optimize systems.

Frontend Mastery: Deep proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Testing Proficiency: You have solid experience with unit testing and are familiar with test automation tools to ensure code reliability and quality.

Additional Technical Skills: You bring bonus experience in Python, AI concepts, message queues like RabbitMQ, CI/CD workflows, and advanced Google Cloud Platform tooling.

Problem-Solving Focused: You have an analytical mindset and can quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and solving complex technical challenges.

Multitasker Extraordinaire: You excel at time-management and organizational skills, ensuring that projects are delivered on time without sacrificing quality.
