  • Track and analyze project performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and issues and escalating to Project Managers as needed.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for project teams on day-to-day coordination needs, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
  • Manage and maintain project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) for accuracy, including configuration of workflows, dashboards, and reporting views.
  • Assist in the development of executive-facing project status updates, presentations, and reports.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of ePMO processes, templates, and governance frameworks.
  • Onboard and support junior coordinators or project team members in ePMO tools and processes.

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management support, preferably in a professional services or enterprise environment.

  • Experience supporting both IT and non-IT projects across a variety of business functions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Microsoft Project) and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
