Individuals at this level should have an advanced understanding of accounts payable and bookkeeping.

Managers will be responsible for the review of work, overseeing client accounts, and training and developing staff. Managers will receive guidance from designated Team Leader.

 

Reconcile credit card accounts within the Intacct module

Final review of client accounts of before transmission to CST

Onboard new clients including new concepts

Quarterly training and developing of staff

Automation troubleshooting

Test and implement new processes

Assist with special projects as needed for department and firm

Provide backup when needed

Assist, monitor, and train staff when needed.

Assist team leaders with various team metrics and goals.
