Apt Resources is excited to offer a Pool Attendant position at a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel located in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a dedicated professional to provide impeccable poolside service, ensuring guests receive a luxurious and safe experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction in the pool area.

• →Warmly welcome and assist guests using the pool facilities
• →Maintain a vigilant presence to ensure guest safety and adherence to hotel policies
• →Provide prompt and courteous service, responding to guest requests efficiently
• →Manage the cleanliness and presentation of the pool area, including furniture and surroundings
• →Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to address any pool-related issues
• →Inform guests about pool hours, hotel amenities, and safety guidelines
• →Support the delivery of an exceptional luxury guest experience at all times

• →Proven experience as a pool attendant or in a similar hospitality role at a luxury hotel or resort
• →Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• →Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• →Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• →Familiarity with luxury service standards and protocols
• →Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• →High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certifications are a plus
• →Must be currently in UAE
