Recreation Supervisor - 5-Star Luxury Hotel

Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated and professional Recreation Supervisor for a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel on the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The Recreation Supervisor will oversee daily recreational activities, manage staff, and ensure guests enjoy a memorable and engaging leisure experience during their stay.

In this role, you will coordinate various recreational programs, supervise the recreation team, and ensure all facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Your leadership and commitment to guest satisfaction will contribute greatly to enhancing the hotel's reputation for exceptional service.

• →Supervise and manage the recreation team to deliver excellent guest services.
• →Plan, organize, and oversee recreational activities and events for guests.
• →Ensure all recreational equipment and facilities are properly maintained and safe.
• →Provide support and assistance to guests regarding recreational services.
• →Maintain schedules and coordinate with other hotel departments as needed.
• →Monitor guest feedback and take appropriate action to resolve any issues promptly.

• →Previous experience as a Recreation Supervisor or related role in a luxury hotel or resort.
• →Strong leadership and team management skills.
• →Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• →Knowledge of recreational activities and safety standards.
• →Proactive and guest-oriented mindset.
• →Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• →Relevant certifications in recreation or hospitality are a plus.
• →Must be currently in UAE
