Retail Sales Associate Opportunity in Europe

Apt Resources is seeking friendly, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our client's souvenir shop team in Montenegro, Europe. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will assist customers, promote and sell a variety of souvenir merchandise, provide product recommendations, process transactions accurately, maintain attractive store displays, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.

• →Welcome and assist customers in selecting souvenirs and retail products.
• →Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• →Recommend products and maximize sales opportunities.
• →Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system.
• →Replenish merchandise and maintain attractive product displays.
• →Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• →Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
• →Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• →Follow company policies, cash handling procedures, and store standards.
• →Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

• →High school diploma or equivalent.
• →3+ years of experience in a customer-facing retail sales role; experience in souvenir shop sales or tourist-facing sales is an advantage.
• →Good English communication skills.
• →Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems is an advantage.
• →Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• →Must be currently in the United Arab Emirates.
• →Must have a valid passport with over six months validity to apply for a visa to Montenegro.
• →If selected for the role, must be willing to relocate to Montenegro in Europe.
