Senior TMR Operator - Dairy Farm

Apt Resources is looking for a Senior TMR (Total Mixed Ration) Operator to join a dairy farm team. In this role, you will oversee the operation of TMR mixers and ensure the production of high-quality feed rations for dairy cattle, contributing to the overall health and productivity of the herd. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dairy nutrition, TMR preparation, and the management of feeding programs.

• →Operate and maintain TMR mixer trucks and related feeding equipment.
• → Accurately measure, mix, and deliver feed according to ration formulas.
• → Monitor feed quality and report any inconsistencies or equipment issues.
• → Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the feeding and storage areas.
• → Keep detailed records of feed quantities, deliveries, and ingredient usage.
• → Coordinate with nutritionists and herd managers to ensure optimal feeding practices.
• → Supervise and train junior feed operators as needed.

• →Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in dairy farm operations or feed management.
• → Strong knowledge of TMR systems, dairy nutrition, and farm machinery.
• → Ability to operate tractors, loaders, and TMR mixer trucks.
• → Basic mechanical and maintenance skills.
• → Good communication and leadership skills.
• → Physically fit and willing to work in a farm environment.

Salary: AED 3,200 plus accommodation, and all other benefits as per UAE labor law.
