The Project Support Coordinator has expertise delivering and coordinating management plans, executive communications, analytical products, and visualizations that turn complex information into actionable insights for planners and senior leaders. They bring at least 5 years of experience working with Federal multidisciplinary staff, coordinating priorities and workflows, and supporting schedule, risk, issue, action, quality, and deliverable management across concurrent planning efforts.
Arc Aspicio is currently working in a hybrid work environment where work will be performed at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely. All candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at the time of employment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support integrated project management functions, including but not limited to scheduling, stakeholder coordination, product development, etc.
- →Track stakeholder responsibilities, dependencies, decisions, unresolved issues, and follow-up actions
- →Support planning meetings, workshops, working groups, coordination sessions, and senior-leader engagements
- →Translate complex technical information into clear executive-level products
- →Responsible for quality review of plans, briefings, decision documents, dashboards, maps, infographics, timelines, and other executive-level products
- →Draft and edit plans, reports, briefings, decision documents, executive summaries, correspondence, and other technical products.
- →Ensure products are clear, accurate, consistent, professionally formatted, and suitable for the intended audience.
- →Perform quality control, formatting, document production, and publishing support
- →Maintain source documentation, references, version history, and Government-approved records as required
- →Collaborate with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service, and achieving mission results
- →Apply excellent consulting, business analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
Requirements
~4 min read- At least 5 years of relevant qualified project management support and product development and demonstrated work engaging and interacting across organizational boundaries and government entities
- Direct experience with senior clients and stakeholder engagement and delivering work products for clients in a complex environment
- Proven to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills and strong leadership potential
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
- Technologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools like SharePoint
- Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
- Ability to work in the Washington, DC metro area and travel to different locations
- Clearance: U.S. Citizenship only (no dual citizenship). Currently holds a Public Trust level clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain a position of trust/Federal security clearance
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Critical Skills: Executive presence, entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, collaborative mind-set, excellent problem-solving skills, and interest in working in a consulting firm. Interest in working on assignments outside of one project is strongly desired
