Elementary Teacher - St. Rose of Lima School

St. Rose of Lima Catholic School, in Franklin, Indiana, is seeking a dynamic, faith-filled Elementary Teacher who is passionate about Catholic education and committed to nurturing students academically and spiritually. The ideal candidate will create a structured, engaging classroom environment that supports student growth and promotes a love of learning.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, integrate Catholic teachings and values across subject areas, foster a positive, safe, and respectful classroom environment, assess and monitor student progress regularly, communicate effectively and consistently with parents, collaborate with colleagues to support school-wide initiatives, and participate actively in school liturgies, events, and professional development.

Qualifications for the position are: Bachelor's degree in Education, valid state teaching license (or ability to obtain one), strong classroom management and communication skills, and commitment to the mission of Catholic education.
