Instructional Assistant - St. Matthew School

St. Matthew Catholic School on the Northside of Indianapolis is looking for an experienced educator to become part of our elementary team as an Instructional Assistant. This individual will work closely with the lead teacher to support instruction, strengthen classroom learning, and meet the needs of individual students. The ideal candidate will bring strong educational experience, a passion for helping students grow, and a collaborative spirit to our faith-filled environment. Student engagement, high expectations, positive relationships, flexibility, and student advocacy are essential for success. This position may be especially well suited for a retired teacher or an experienced educator looking to return to the classroom.
