  • Translate brand strategy and creative briefs into compelling, on-brand visual work
  • Partner with the marketing and merchandising teams to support product launches, promotions, and storytelling moments
  • Maintain and evolve Roark's visual identity across all digital touchpoints
  • Create motion graphics and animated assets for social and paid channels
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, hitting deadlines without compromising quality
  • Re-coloring and sizing of photography both product and lifestyle following the specs of different platforms
  • Organization of final assets for distribution to brand partners
  • Organization of all photo and video assets
  • Stay current on design trends, digital platform specs, and emerging creative formats
  • Contribute ideas in creative reviews and bring a strong point of view to the table

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong focus on digital
  • Bachelor Degree in related field preferred
  • An outstanding portfolio showcasing digital design work — social content, campaigns, web, email, and/or ads
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Ability to produce photoshoots following a brief and company goals
  • Ability to shoot both product and lifestyle photos a plus
  • Experience with motion design and animation (After Effects a plus)
  • Ability to work at a rapid pace delivering 5+ emails, ad sets and site updates weekly
  • Solid understanding of digital platform specs and best practices (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, email, etc.)
  • Ability to work within a brand system while still bringing fresh, creative thinking
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit — you give and receive feedback well
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing a high volume of work
