Arc of Onondaga is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

• →Develop and maintain individualized care and treatment plans.
• →Monitor medication administration and ensure appropriate documentation and follow-up.
• →Train and support direct-care staff in safe medication administration.
• →Facilitate and coordinate healthcare services and medical appointments.
• →Communicate and collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and support staff.
• →Advocate for the health, dignity, independence, and quality of life of the individuals we support.
• →Manage and maintain a consistent caseload.

We're looking for an RN who is passionate about making a meaningful, long-term difference in the lives of others and who brings:

• A degree in Nursing
• Current New York State RN licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Valid New York State driver's license
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality care
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A compassionate, person-centered approach to care
• The ability to work collaboratively with individuals, families, healthcare providers, and support staff
