Production Supervisor

Arconic is currently in search of an to join our Aluminum Extrusion (AEX) business unit in Chandler, AZ.

• Lead and inspire your team to work safely and efficiently.

• Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.

• Drive root-cause problem solving to prevent recurrence.

• Champion safety initiatives and maintain compliance standards.

• Communicate effectively across teams and departments.

• Manage labor relations and resolve conflicts constructively.

• Maintain visual management systems and ensure operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

• This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Qualified candidate must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the relevant government agency. Business demands may require employer to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with aluminum or steel

• Supervising union employees
