Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As a Repair Assessor, you will provide an exceptional experience and helpful solutions for guests seeking repairs on Arc’teryx products. From there, you will support the repair team with recommended actions and next steps in our pursuit in effectively restoring as much gear as possible back to a functional state.
 
Meet Your Future Team:
The ReBird team is constantly looking for new ways to extract more use out of our products and how to process more of it. Be a part of the initiative that is keeping as much of our gear in the field and not the landfill
  • Utilize a detailed understanding of Arc’teryx Repair Standards to assess the state of returned products to determine best repair actions and partner with the HQ team to set customer expectations
  • Coordinate with Repair team and follow repair processes to execute repair actions effectively and efficiently to generate exceptional guest experience
  • Actively identify work with Repair Supervisor to take immediate actions to rectify discrepancies
  • Effectively manage your workload with consideration of our department’s service level goals
  • Record inspection results to keep your work on track; complete documentation and challenge yourself by setting goals to complete checking daily production.
  • Collaborate with the operators, Team Leaders, and Supervisors to improve the quality standard of Arc’teryx repairs.
  • Participate in other projects or duties as required
  • Stretch your support in collaboration with leadership by taking on focused tasks
  • Contribute to the development of new resources to improve service levels and overall guest experience
  • Acquire knowledge to become a subject matter expert and provide key support for our team with specific products, collections, processes, or systems
  • You have knowledge of or experience using Arc’teryx products or other outdoor brand products
  • You have a minimum of 1-year experience in Quality Control (eg: manufacturing or textile industry)
  • You have highly effective verbal and written communication skills
  • You have strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • You have a strong attention to detail, including accurate data and order entry skills
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
  • You seek the best (but sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
